1. 7-Day Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

You may request an exchange if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging is intact

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Exchanges are applicable for:

  • Size issues (belts, straps)

  • Color change (subject to availability)

  • Manufacturing defects

Items showing signs of use, scratches, damage, or alteration will not qualify.


2. Refund Policy

We currently offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged upon delivery

  • The product delivered is incorrect

  • The product is out of stock after order confirmation

Refunds are processed within 10-15 working days after inspection and approval.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.


3. Lifetime Warranty on Leather

LGNY offers a Lifetime Warranty on Leather Quality.

This warranty covers:

  • Leather cracking under normal use

  • Abnormal peeling (in case of genuine leather fault)

  • Structural leather failure

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, cuts, burns, or water damage

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care

  • Hardware (zippers, buckles, metal parts)

If your leather develops a manufacturing-related issue, we will:

  • Repair the product where possible

  • Replace the product (subject to availability)

  • Offer a suitable alternative solution

We believe real leather should age beautifully — not fail prematurely.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
